I just got back from a great mission trip to MM and want share it with you. I am purposefully not spelling out the name of the country for fear this information might fall into the wrong hands.
This November 08 I taught these students a course called, "The Attributes of God". This February I will be teaching them "The Discipleship Course".
Here are their pictures.
I am so grateful for all the people who contributed monetarily to this trip and want you to see all these pictures and know what I did. The class was conducted in a rented facility which is a school for the blind. There were students there ranging in age from about 10 years old to about 25 as well as I could tell. When I wasn't teaching I frequently tried to engage some of the children in small talk and hugs. They stole my heart. I've got pictures of the blind school and of the class I taught.
I sensed the hand of the Lord on me as I taught this group of wonderful Christian workers. They really appreciated my efforts, meager though they were. I learned a lot about the teaching process and what I want to do and not do next time.
